Overview

There are two document types under the Company for Standing orders regulated and non-regulated. These are 1 page documents that will be appended to the authorization form when a Urine drug test is scheduled. Documents added to the Tenant company will be included for all customers of that tenant. If the customer uses a different standing order form, simply add it to the companies documents tab. Adding a standing order form with the word "EXCLUDE" in the name of the document will prevent the standing order form from being appended to all scheduled drug tests.

How to Add a Standing Order form to Company Documents

Select the Documents navigation button

Select Add Document from the menu dropdown

Select the standing order form

Select the type of test to be included for, Regulated or Non-Regulated

Select Save

How to Exclude the Standing Order form for a customer

If you have a customer that does not want to include the standing order form when scheduling a test, add an entry for each type that it is to be excluded with the name of the file having the word "EXCLUDE" in the name.
