Collection sites in Pulse can be private or public. Private collection sites are setup to facilitate self collect locations or any collection site that would only be available to a specific company. Public collection sites are available to everyone and are searchable from the Schedule a collection site screen or to simply designate on the drug test detail screen. The public network of collection sites is managed through a designated group of individuals whose responsibility it is to maintain the collection list for accuracy. New collection site requests or changes to existing collection sites must be submitted for approval to the collection network management group.

Security Objects

The collection site security objects to not affect seeing sites when Scheduling a Test.

CompanyVendor object controls if a user can Read, Add, Update, or Delete public Vendors from the Companies tab screen.

• User will not see any public Vendors from the Companies tab (Not adding the object is the same as adding it with all permissions set to No)

CollSiteApproval object controls if a user will see the Send for Approval button appears on the Location screen for public collection sites. Adding the security object and setting the Read/Execute permissions to Yes is all that is required for this.
