Screen Location
To open the Company Pricing screen,
Select the Companies tab from the tab navigation at the top of the screen.
Find the company and select the Name or pencil under the Action column.
Select the Pricing button from the navigation bar.
Navigation
The pricing data contains the list of pricing records for this company
Sorting Columns
Columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by selecting the sort icon in the title row
- Use the search box to find a specific collection site code or panel code
- Select the Customer or Vendor button to view price or cost. Customer shows the price you will be charging your customer company. Vendor shows the cost for services or products from the vendor company.

Column | Description |
Fee Type | Type of fee for price record. See Fee Types below for full list |

| Reg Mode | Company (non regulated), DOD, FAA, FMCSA, FRA, FTA, NASA, NRC, PHMSA, USCG |

| Panel Code | Required only for entering Drug Testing related fee not for collection type fees |
| Collection Site | Enter when setting a pricing for a specific collection site |
| Coll Site Active | Shows if collection site listed in Collection Site column is active or not |
| Pricing Group | Name of pricing group. E.g. Use price group to set a price for all Quest PSC or Quest Preferred sites |
| Tenant | Pricing used by a Tenant |
| Price | |
| Begin | Date when this pricing record starts |
| End | Date when this pricing record ends |
| Action | Pencil to edit the record Trash can to delete the record Note field to show note from collection site. Only shows if the collection site field is entered and the note has a value. |
