Screen Location

To open the Company Employees screen,

Select the Companies tab from the tab navigation at the top of the screen

Find the company and select the pencil under the Action column

Select the Employee button from the navigation bar.


Navigation

The employee data contains the list of company contacts and the list of employee’s eligible for testing.

  1. Use the Search box to find employees by Name.
  2. Select the Contact or Testing select button to filter type of employee

Select the pencil icon  to open the Employee Details screen.

Export Employees

Export all employees that are eligible for testing

NOTE: This only exports employees eligible for testing, not contacts

Import Employees

Import employees for random selection pool
(See Import Employee)

Employee List Updated

Set the current list of employees as up-to-date for the random selection to be performed

Disable Employee

TIP: You can mark multiple employees inactive by first selecting the employee check box, then selecting this option from the menu

Show Inactive employees

Show or Hide inactive employees
